Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Limnax. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are using Limnax on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. What Limnax does

Limnax helps you find prospective clients, audit their websites, generate outreach drafts, and send email from a mailbox you connect. Limnax is a tool: you decide who to contact and what to say, and you remain the sender of every message.

3. Your responsibilities when sending email

You are solely responsible for the messages you send and for complying with the law that applies to you and your recipients, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR and equivalent rules elsewhere. In particular you agree that you will:

• have a lawful basis for contacting each recipient;
• not send to purchased, harvested or scraped consumer email lists;
• honour unsubscribe requests, which Limnax applies automatically and permanently for your workspace;
• provide a real, accurate postal address in your campaigns;
• not misrepresent who you are, and not use deceptive subject lines;
• not send unlawful, deceptive, harassing or infringing content.

We may suspend an account that we reasonably believe is being used for spam or unlawful messaging. This protects other customers, since abusive sending damages the reputation of the whole platform.

4. Connected mailboxes

When you connect a mailbox, you authorise Limnax to send email as that account on your instruction. You may disconnect at any time in Settings → Sending, or revoke access from your provider. Sending limits exist to keep your account within your provider's thresholds; circumventing them is at your own risk.

5. Third-party data

Business information returned by discovery searches comes from third-party sources and is provided as-is. We do not guarantee it is accurate, current or complete, and you should verify anything you rely on. Website audit scores and AI-generated drafts are automated opinions, not professional advice — review them before acting.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another workspace's data, probe or disrupt the service, resell access without agreement, or use Limnax to build a competing product from its outputs at scale.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you put into Limnax. You grant us the limited licence needed to store and process it in order to operate the service for you.

8. Availability and changes

Limnax is provided on an as-is basis and may change over time. Features can be added, altered or withdrawn. We aim to give notice of material changes, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Limnax is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business, or damage arising from your messaging activity or from third-party data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Termination

You may stop using Limnax and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
